    If you mean a NAU like the EU, it’s already happened and it’s called NAFTA. If you mean union = empire, that’s not very likely. I’ll go with the NAU = EU idea to answer this:
    We’ve already seen that the Central American countries want in, and a treaty called CAFTA is in the works. The treaty is being opposed mainly along partisan lines which is jeopardizing it.
    Of course, CUBA isn’t part of this because as a communist nation they want nothing to do with free trade.
