Let me please tell you about Costa Rica, a country a know well…
In June it is very humid because the rainy season just started in May and it rains a lot especially in the afternoons with heavy showers and occasionally scattered thunder storms…
Normally the mornings are warm and sunny with some humidity you may find a bit uncomfortable but that comes along with a cooling breeze in the inland (i.e. central valley where San José is and most of the population) where sometimes some small floodings occur due to the not so efficient drainage system in the cities…
As you move out of the valley to the coast, where you´ll find countless beautiful and other not so beautiful beaches, you´ll discover the weather is rainy as well but a bit drier… The east Caribbean coast is much more humid and based on that I can tell you by guessing that Belize should not be so different…
One very good thing of visiting Costa Rica from May through November is that prices in accommodation and tour packages are more accessible and that´s good news!
The dry season (from December to April) is more pricey but the whether is as lovely as it can be, sunny with clear skies and especially windy in December and January.
I hope this helps and that you enjoy your trip!

Weather is generally dry, with late afternoon thunder showers depending on the region that you are visiting. The northern regions are hotter and drier (Guanacaste).
(Puntarenas) Central Pacific region, the temperatures are very nice, like today on the Pacific coast it is 75 with partly cloudy to cloudy skies.
San Jose is even cooler, because of the closer proximity to the mountains.
